Madison Baptist Association - Church Ministries

Every church that is a part of the Madison Baptist Association is concerned about the program organizations of the church which include:

* Worship

* Bible Study

* Discipleship

* Evangelism

* Music

* Missions

Each of our churches is unique and the names of these organizations are different in many of our churches. The times that they meet and the structure that holds them together are as different as the people in the pews.

As an association, we need to provide leadership that assists each and every church in reaching its fullest potential.

Ron Lynch leads this ministry team which includes these former committees:

* Evangelism

* Family Ministries

* Senior Adults

* Single Adults

* Youth Committees

* Discipleship

* Music

* Men's and Women's Ministries

* Sunday School

Ron leads us in the Judean Ministries. This mission opportunity is a way for church members from Madison county to assist our plateaued and decling churches for a six month time frame. Commissioned by their local church, these families will take their time, their talents, and their treasures to the mission opportunity.

As a staff member of our association, Ron spends a large part of his time and energy with one church for a four to six month time period.

Our association will also be involved in a refocusing effort for some of our churches to spend a two year time period in assisting the leadership and churches to refocus on their God given vision and ministry.
